Sponge washers
Neoprene sponge is a blown variant of its solid version. Whilst remaining closed cell in cellular structure, neoprene sponge is compressible in nature, meaning that it can be pressed between two surfaces to create a perfect seal.
Washers are a flattened ring or disc placed between two joining surfaces or between a nut and a bolt in order to spread the pressure, act as a spacer/seal, relieve friction, unsteadiness and vibration. Our blended neoprene sponge washers are manufactured using a high-quality, closed-cell material suitable for a variety of sealing applications, combining the excellent resistance of EPDM with the additional resistance, higher tensile strength, and flammability ratings of neoprene.
